This is to inform you that one of our data center Reliable has reported a incident
Leading to an outage of our 5 servers namely SBG102, SBG103, SBG104, SBG105, SBG201.
This issue has affected our CDNs and DNS and our webmail / C-panel services .
The said datacenter is currently in isolation to contain the situation which may take longer.
However, we looking into this issue to ensure that it is fixed in the shortest time possible.
SOLUTION:
We have activated our disaster recovery to help restore the services.
This can take up to seven (3) days to fully restore the services.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
